CAMPERS' STEW

Ingredients:

4 White Onions, small and whole
4 Carrots, thinly sliced
4 Potatoes, cut into bite sized chunks
1 lb Stew Meat, cut in bite size pieces
1/2 tsp Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Celery Salt
1 pkg Beef Gravy Mix


Hardware:
Aluminum Foil, heavy
Butcher Knife
Charcoal

Serves 4. Divide vegetables and meat into four servings. Place on individual pieces of foil. Season to taste. Mix gravy mix with one cup of water. Pour 1/4 cup gravy over each serving. Fold foil over as when wrapping for freezing, and turn a double seam. Cook over coals about half an hour, turning once or twice.
